AUTOMATIC CHUTE FEED CF-940

1. There are usually 6 to 10 machines in the one production line. The CF-940 is controlled by CF-50 system to provide a continuously cotton feeding from the opener or cleaner to the material reserve trunks, then to the feed trunks. The CF-50 system is able to automatically adjust the feeding quantity according to actual production, and maintain the entire cotton supply pressure at a certain level.

2. The CF-940 equipped with a 12 pin board opener roller can produce a relatively small tufts under low speed. While combining with an independent circulating fan, the CF-940 can create a uniform layer of cotton. Each CF-940 is fitted with a continuous cotton feeding control system which is able to automatically adjust the feeding quantity according to actual production.

3. The maintenance and adjustment of the CF-940 are simple. The CF-940 can be installed on any brand of carding machines and is applicable to the production of fiber length of 75mm or less. The maximum working width is up to 3500mm.

4. Currently, in the traditional carding transformation, the CF-940 is an essential configuration to provide the automatic cotton feeding and replace the manual cotton feeding directly.
