Cleaner SC-I

The Cleaner SC-I with a coarse fully-spiked roll is considered as the first cleaner in the low grade cotton line where the materials are beaten whilst it is gripped. As well as the removal of coarse and medium-sized impurities, SC-I opens up the cotton to a high degree opening which is ideally suitable for feeding to the fine cleaner, the final cleaner in the line. While high grade cotton used, SC-I could be used as the fine cleaner.

Supper Cleaner SC-III

The Supper Cleaner SC-III cleans the cotton in a gentle way. The cotton passes only through the feed rollers slowly and then be extended in a high speed rate, resulting in good maintenance of the characteristics of the fibers during the process. The transfer of fibers from one cleaning roller to the next in the cleaner is carried out very gently by the High Voltage Electrify Device and the transfer rate is nearly 100%. This results in the excellent cotton opening and impurities removing.
