The Jet Cleaner MN-60 is usually considered as a first clearing stage to remove the large impurities. The MN-60 is particularly suitable for processing materials with high impurities. During the process, large impurities are separated and removed efficiently. The special designed beater leads the fiber of materials gently, during which the impurities in the materials are removed by the denuded zone which is composed of the triangular mote knife. This process is entirely mechanical and dependent on the transport air. Most importantly, the characteristics of the raw materials, such as fiber length, elongation, and strength are maintained well during the process. In addition, the machine has a super-efficient continuous suction system to separate and remove the fine dust and miscellaneous efficiently.
